Shipping & Practical Details 🎀

• Worldwide Shipping Included: The price you see is the final price, with free shipping worldwide.
• Monthly Cutoff:Normally, you need to subscribe by the 23rd of each month to receive that month’s letter. However, this month is a little different! Since the new collection launches on August 1st, subscriptions for this month’s package will remain open until August 1st. As the upcoming collection is also inspired by oranges, I wanted to keep this month’s letter available until the collection is released. 🍊✨
• Ordering Ceramics Too? If you purchase other ceramic pieces from my shop alongside your subscription, the default is for them to ship separately. However, if you would prefer your ceramics and your monthly letter to be shipped together in the same package, please reach out to me at contact@coral-ceramics.com.
• Full Control: You can easily update your shipping address, change payment details, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time from the Management page under your customer portal. If you have any questions or need help with your account, please reach out via email at contact@coral-ceramics.com.
• Lost Mail Policy: I trust the postman, but things happen! If your letter hasn't arrived within 4 weeks of the shipping date, please email me at contact@coral-ceramics.com so I can send a replacement. Please note: I can only reship lost letters if you contact me within 2 months of the shipping date

FAQ's 

• When does my Coral Club envelope ship?

All letters are packaged with care and dropped at the post office on the last business day of each calendar month.

If you sign up by the 23th of the month: Your letter will ship at the end of the month. If you sign up after the 23th, your letter will ship at the end of the following month.

• How long will it take to arrive? Is there tracking? To keep this club accessible and poetic, letters are sent via regular, untracked letter post.

Portugal/Europe: Usually takes between 1 to 2 weeks.

Rest of the world: Can take upwards of 15 to 20 business days.

If 4 weeks have passed since the end of the month and your mailbox is still empty, just drop me an email!

• When will I be billed each month? You will be billed on a recurring monthly cycle on the exact same day you initially signed up. For example, if you join us on October 12th, your next renewals will be on November 12th, December 12th, and so on. If you ever wish to cancel, just make sure to do so before your next billing date.
