Return and Exchange Policy

In accordance with European Union legislation, consumers have the right to return products purchased online within 14 days of receiving the order, without needing to provide a reason. Below are the details of our return policy for your convenience:

1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the products.

2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you may either access your account and view your orders to start a return or cancellation, or contact us directly via email or letter, clearly stating your intention to return the product.

Please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Products you wish to return

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the purchase within the 14-day period, we will refund the amount paid for the products. However, shipping costs will not be refunded. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund of the products.

4. Conditions for Return

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and without signs of use.
  • Products must be packed the same way they were sent. If the returned item arrives damaged due to poor packaging or inadequate handling, we will not process the refund.
  • Damaged or used products will not be accepted unless there are manufacturing defects.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, except in the case of defective products or shipping errors.

5. Return Deadlines
After requesting a return, you must send the package within 5 days. Failure to do so may result in us refusing to process the return. Please provide us with proof of postage or a tracking number to confirm that the return has been sent. We do not accept responsibility for lost or delayed shipments. Refunds will only be processed after we have received and inspected the returned items.

6. Customized Products
Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective. Please ensure that all customization details are correct before finalizing your purchase. If there is a problem with a customized product, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue.

7. Refund Process
After receiving the returned products, we will inspect their condition and, if they meet the requirements, process the refund within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

8. Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised policy.

This policy applies to customers within the European Union. 


Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@coral-ceramics.com.
The request must be accompanied by clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage. We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement if applicable.

No refunds will be made in these cases. Instead, a discount voucher equal to the order value will be offered, or the pieces will be remade. In this case, shipping costs will be covered by us.
